Why we use pivoting blades, and why it makes a difference

SharpGrade describes our pivoting blade design.

This design works because all SharpGrades are ultra rigid. Rigidity is the only way a load can efficiently be transferred from base machine to attachment.

CTL’s cannot trim when material is packed in the blade, so we use at minimum; one moving blade to eject material from packing between blades.
